A
A101 Drawing  In this open-ended course, students will learn how to more clearly express what they see. We will focus on the foundational elements of portrait drawing, such as composition, perspective, proportion, light, and shadow. Our class material will include demos, lectures, critiques, discussions, virtual museum visits, and at-home assignments.
Most importantly, each student will be encouraged to strengthen their own personal styles and learn to apply their unique interpretations into their artwork.
Any two-dimensional medium (pencil, watercolor, markers, etc.) is welcome.
The live and interactive online class will be conducted over Zoom, with two weekly 90-minute meetings.
A101 드로잉 미술에서 가장 기본적이고 핵심인 인물 드로잉, 구성, 원근, 명암등 중요 요소들을 집중적으로 다룸으로서 사물을 정확히 표현하는 능력을 기릅니다. 수업 시간은 강의 뿐 아니라 각자의 작품들에 대해 의견을 나누고 명작들을 연구하는 시간도 갖습니다. 일률적인 테크닉 중심교육 보다는 작품에 대한 개인의 독특한 관점과 해석을 발견하고 발전시키는데 중점을 둡니다. 연필, 수채화 물감, 마커가 수업시간에 필요합니다.

A102 Watercolor with Drawing Discover the art of Drawing & Watercolor, Drawing & Watercolor Portraits and Still life, and unleash exciting originality within your work. You will learn about tone, color mixing, composition, and how to paint with more freedom. *material fee not included.
A102 수채화 드로잉의 기본이 되는 선, 명암, 구도를 배우고, 조화로운 색상으로 수채화 작품을 만들어가는 클래스.

A103 Color Exploration with works of Henry Matisse and Josef Albers
Students will learn about colors and how colors interact with each other through a close study of works by Henry Matisse and Josef Albers, two masters of color. During class, students will study, experiment with, and create using colors. After completing ten weeks of exploration, students will have the confidence to further expand their use of color in their art. Color pencils will be used during the Zoom lesson, but other media are welcome for assignments outside of the classroom. No drawing skills are required.

두 거장의 작품속에 나타난 색을 탐험하고 연구하여 전반적인 색과 색사이 의 반응, 관계, 개념을 이해하고 사용하도록합니다. 색연필을 지참 필수.

A104 Learn to draw from Old Master Drawings 
In this open-ended course, students will learn how to draw what they see by studying Old Master Drawings’ use of line, shapes, positive/negative shapes, form/line, and form/light/shade. We will then apply the same analysis to our drawings. Our class material will include demos, lectures, in-class drawings, discussions, and at- home experiments. Beginner through Advanced students welcome. Any drawing medium (pencil, pen, color pencil, etc.) is welcome.
A104 대가의 작품을 통해 그리는 방법 배우기
학생들은 렘브란트와 피카소 등 옛 거장들의 작품 속에 나타난 선, 모양, 포지티브와 네거티브 모양, 형태와 선 및 형태와 음영의 관계들을 살펴봅니다. 그리고 이러한 보는 훈련을 계속 익히면서 또한 각자의 그림에 이를 적용하는 것을 배웁니다. 
수업은 데모, 강의, 실습, 토론으로 진행됩니다. 효과적인 학습을 위해 주중에는 각자의 계속적인 연습을 권장합니다. 초급부터 고급까지 환영합니다. 어떤 그리기 매체 (연필, 펜, 색연필 등)도 환영합니다.

A105 Discover the art of watercolor painting with Still life
This 10-week class will introduce the student to the basic techniques of watercolor paintings and unleash exciting originality within their work. Students will learn about tone, color mixing, composition, and how to paint with more freedom. Individual critics are essential for each class, and other students can also learn from that individual guidance by listening and watching while they are working on their paintings. Lectures and demonstrations will be presented as needed for working in this lively medium. All levels are welcome.
A105 정물화로 수채화의 예술을 발견하세요
이 10 주 수업은 학생들에게 수채화의 기본 기법을 소개하고 작업을 하면서자신의  독창성을 발견하도록 돕습니다. 학생들은 톤, 색상 혼합, 구성 및 더 자유롭게 페인트하는 방법에 대해 배웁니다. 각 수업 중에 개별지도가 병행되며,다른 학생들은 자신의 그림을 작업하는 동안 다른 학생들의 개별지도를 듣고 보면서 배울 수 있습니다. 강의와 및 시연이 제공됩니다. 모든 레벨을 환영합니다.

A106 Landscape Drawing with Pencil – Draw What You See
In this open-ended course, students learn to draw what they see by studying natural and man-made environments, including landscapes, mountains, city and sea landscapes, parks and our backyards. To do this, you will learn how to simplify, display light over time and season, use perspective using vanishing points, and more.
Class structure include demonstrations, lectures, in-class drawings, discussions, and at-home drawings. Beginner to advanced is welcome. The main drawing medium is a pencil.
A106 연필로 그리는 풍경화
이번 과정에서는 학생들이 풍경, 산, 도시 및 바다 풍경, 공원 및 배경을 포함한 자연 환경을 보는 것을 그리는 법을 배웁니다. 이를 위해 단순화하는 방법, 시간과 계절에 따라 빛을 표시하는 방법, 소실점을 사용하여 원근법을 사용하는 방법 등을 배웁니다.
수업 구조에는 데모, 강의, 수업 중 그림, 토론 및 각자 가정에서 그리는 작업등이 포함됩니다. 초심자부터 상급자까지 환영합니다. 주요 그림 매체는 연필입니다

C101 Basic Computer A basic introduction to computers (including a smartphone). This course will help people to gain basic computer skills and understand terminology and concepts.
C101 기초 컴퓨터  클래스 컴퓨터를 전혀 모르거나 어느정도 기본을 알지만 아직고 컴퓨터 사용에 부담을 느끼시는 분들에게 컴퓨터로 인한기쁨을 맛보게 하는 클래스. * 단체나 교회에서 요청하시면 특별 클래스도 가능합니다.

C102 Computer Intermediate Office program, Editing Photo, and Video
C102 컴퓨터-중급반
기초 컴퓨터 클래스를 마치고 가장 많이 사용하는 어피스 프로그램를 주로 공부하고 기본 사진과 비디오 편집을 할수 있도록 합니다.

C103 Computer Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Indesign
C103 컴퓨터-고급반 아도비 포토샵, 프레미어, 인디자인등 전문적인 디자인 비디오 오디오 프로그램을 공부합니다.

CO101 Counseling A program for those interested in counseling. This class, led by Professor Lee Min-Sun of Temple University, deals with the definition and goals of counseling, the quality, and ethics of counselors, counseling theories, and techniques for solving the problem of learning basic counseling skills.
CO101 상담 배우기  카운셀링에 관심 있으신 분들을 위한 프로그램. 템플 대학의 이민선 교수가 진행하는 이 클래스는 상담의 정의 및 목표, 상담자의 자질 및 윤리문제, 상담이론들, 상담의 기본 기술 배우기문제의 해결을 위한 기법들을 다룹니다.

This Class will discuss stress, depression, anxiety, anger and personality disorders experienced by modern people and have time to increase our understanding and learn how to cope with it.

지난 봄에 이어 이번 카운셀링 클래스는 역시 이민선 교수가 강의하며  현대인들이 경험하는 스트레스, 우울, 불안, 분노 및 성격 장애들에 대한 이해를 높이고 그에 어떻게 대처해야 하는지를 배우게 됩니다.

H101 History “The Imjin Invasion and Byeongja Horan” Professor Seok-hee Lee, associate professor of the Department of History at Rutgers University, gives a lecture on the history of the three countries surrounding the Imjin Invasion and Byeongja Horan in Korean for those who are interested in our modern history.
H101 역사  “임진왜란과 병자호란” : 럿거스 대학 사학과 부교수 이석희 교수가 임진왜란과 병자호란을 둘러싼 한중일 삼국의 역사를 우리 근대사에 관심 있는 분들을 위해 한국어로 강의합니다.

K101 Elementary Korean Level I  This course stresses all four skills-speaking, listening, reading, and writing-of Korean and allows the student to communicate in everyday situations.
K101 기초 한국어 클래스 I : 한인 성인과 대학생, 고등학생이 참여할수 있으며 이 지역에 살고 있는 일반 미국인들도 관심을 가지고 한국어를 배우는첫번째 기초 코스입니다.

K102 Elementary Korean Level II   This Korean Beginning course provides students with further conversational and grammatical skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The objective of the course is to equip students with the skills to express simple ideas in various situations. 
K102 기초 한국어 클래스 II : 두번째 기초반 클래스로 좀더 향상된 대화 능력을 키우고 문법에 맞는 말하기 글쓰기 읽는 연습을 실시합니다.

K103 Elementary Korean Level III Simple interactions and sentences with background information and added details. Students will use conjunctions and appropriate predicates to express and exchange information on simple and routine matters.

K104 Pre-intermediate Students will be able to understand expressions related to current trends and topics to communicate simple and routine tasks.

K201 Elementary Korean for Children This course for children stresses all four skills-speaking, listening, reading, and writing-of Korean and allows the student to communicate in everyday situations.

M101 Singing with Korean Classical Song I and II Basic music-reading and singing skills through practice and application of sight-reading techniques with a Korean song 
M101 기초 발성과 우리 가곡 부르기 I and II 노래를 부를때 필요한 호흡, 자세, 공명, 발음등 기본 지식을 바탕으로 우리나라의 아름다운 가곡을 배웁니다. 그리고 셀폰과 컴퓨터를 이용하여 녹음하여 개인 CD제작을 하루 있도록 도와드립니다.

M201 Samulnori Learning traditional Korean percussive music that literally means “the playing of four objects” These “four objects” consist of the janggu – hourglass/slim-waist drum, buk – barrel drum, jing – large gong, and kkwaenggwari – small gong.

P101 Digital Photography for Beginners
P101 기초 디지탈 사진 반
This course will introduce you to the most important functions and techniques of digital photography and your digital camera.  This course will teach you how to operate the various features of your digital camera, and how to take the right shot for every occasion.디지탈 사진의 기본 이론과 테크닉을 습득하며 카메라의 원리와 여러가지 기능과 사용법을 익힙니다. 그리고 실제 여러 케이스의 촬영 연습과 촬영후 편집 관리를 배웁니다.
